• Martin R. Blevins, CPA (Director) - Martin began his accounting career in 1987 and earned his CPA license in 1996.  While working on Bainbridge, he lives in Poulsbo with his wife Heidi, and son, Darrel.  When not working, he enjoys volunteering with North Kitsap Kiwanis and the NK Athletic Boosters, to name a few.  
• Jody Heim (Staff) - Jody's career in accounting has spanned 12 years, working in a variety of positions, including payroll for a 600+ employee company.  She is a lifelong resident of Kitsap County and enjoys all that it has to offer, especially if it involves being on or near the water
• Tim Ensley, CPA (Staff) - Tim has over 10-years accounting experience and received his CPA license in 2015.  Prior to his accounting career, Tim served in the U.S. Navy and spent four years forward deployed to La Maddelena, Italy.  Tim lives in Manette with his wife Maggie, and their three children, Nikolai, Owen, and Luna.  Outside of work, Tim volunteers with the Admin Jahr Elementary PTSA.
